Scrambled Omelette

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 1 person


  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red chilis
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 green chili (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp chopped ginger (optional)
  • 1 tbsp chopped tomatoes (optional)
  • 1 tbsp oil

Tip: For best results, use measuring utensils.


  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, salt, crushed red chilis and mix with a fork. Add the remaining ingredients including milk and mix it again.
  2. In a frying pan, add oil and put it on medium heat. Add the mixture into the pan and mix with a wooden spoon until the moisture has dried.
